JAZZ and ENVY Apples Steal the Show at ENZA Taste & Flavour
ENZA JAZZ Apples were the stars along with ENVY and Pacific Rose Apples and Taylors Gold Pears at the ENZA Taste and Flavour lunch at Nosh Dominion Road, Auckland.
Chef Peter Brennan cooked for a crowd of food industry and media guests, demonstrating why apples and pears make fantastic ingredients in or the focus of spectacular dishes.
